Ich ziehe aus und suche eine nette neue Mitbewohnerin für meine alten Mitbewohnerinnen Barbara (23) und Lisa (27).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Brockmanngasse, Nähe Station Finanzamt (ca 3 min) und zur Uni fährt man ca 15 min.
Das Zimmer ist wunderschön und lichtdurchstörmt. Das schönste daran ist der Balkon. Das Zimmer ist insgesamt 14qm groß.
Die Küche ist groß und man hat alles was man braucht.
Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen großen Keller und Fahradstellplatz.
Gerne würde ich meinen Schrank und mein Bett um 250€ abgeben. Wenn das nicht gewünscht ist, nehm ich sie mit:)
Die Wohnung wäre bereits ab April verfügbar.
