Das Zimmer befindet sich in der hinteren Seite der Wohnung und hat insgesamt 2 vertikale Fenster. Sieht man aus einem schräg heraus, kann man den Dom St. Nikolai erkennen. Große Holzbalken geben dem Raum einen gemütlichen Look und können als Abstellfläche genutzt werden. Insgesamt entspricht das Zimmer einem Rechteck, manche Ecken sind allerdings schwerer zu erreichen, da sich Holzbalken wie Dachschrägen verhalten.
Du würdest nur dein Zimmer mieten. Das Bad, die Küche sowie der Flur und die Abstellkammer gehören zum "Gemeinschaftsraum", sind aber in der Wohnung und werden somit nur durch dich und mich betreten. Man fühlt sich dort also wie Zuhause.
Morgens scheint die Sonne direkt in das Fenster. Der Lärm ist sehr übersichtlich, da das Zimmer nicht direkt an der Straße, sondern gegenüber eines Innenhofes liegt.

The room is located in the back of the apartment and has a total of 2 vertical windows. If you look out of one of them at an angle, you can see the St. Nikolai Cathedral. Large wooden beams give the room a cozy look and can be used as storage space. Overall, the room-shape corresponds to a rectangle, but some corners are more difficult to reach, because wooden beams behave like sloping ceilings.
You would only rent your room. The bathroom, the kitchen as well as the hallway and the storage room count as a "common room", but are located in the apartment and therefore only accessible to you and me. I'm sure you'll feel like home there.
In the morning, the sun shines directly into the window. The noise is very manageable, since the room is not directed towards the street, but to an inner courtyard.

Die Löffler-Mensa befindet sich circa eine Minute entfernt, ebenso die Bibliothek und der Löffler-Campus. Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt, der Nah-und-Gut ist sehr schnell zu erreichen, aber für günstigeren Einkauf ist auch das Gleis 4 mit Aldi nicht weit weg. Solltest du deine Vorlesungen hauptsächlich in der Innenstadt haben, wäre diese Lage ideal für dich, da man alle Universitätsgebäude schnell erreichen kann.

The Löffler canteen is about a minute away, as are the library and the Löffler campus. The apartment is right in the city center, the "Nah-und-Gut" can be reached very quickly, but "Gleis 4" with Aldi is also not far away for cheaper shopping. If you have your lectures mainly in the city center, this location would be ideal for you, as you can quickly reach all university buildings.

Du würdest mit mir, Ticia, zusammenwohnen (man sieht mich auf dem dritten Bild). Ich studiere seit einigen Jahren in Greifswald Psychologie und gebe mein Bestes, bis nächstes Jahr meinen Masterabschluss zu bekommen. Ich bin also sicherlich noch eine kleine Weile hier.
Ich lege recht viel Wert auf Hygiene, bin aber niemand, der wegen Krümeln meckern wird - auch ich lasse manchmal aus Faulheit den Abwasch eine Nacht lang in der Küche stehen. Ansonsten würde ich mich als sehr aufgeschlossen und kreativ bezeichnen, ich habe viele künstlerische Hobbys und bin ein Fan von Sprachen sowie Kulturen. In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne arabische Gerichte (bzw. alles aus dieser Region) und probiere mich mit Gewürzen aller Art aus. Demetsprechend kann es gut sein, dass die Wohnung oft stark nach Essen riecht, aber bisher ist mir nie etwas angebrannt :D Meine Gerichte aus der Küche beinhalten häufig Fleisch und tierische Produkte, es handelt sich also um keine vegane WG. Mein bisheriger Mitbewohner lebt allerdings vegan, also bin ich super offen für alle möglichen Vorlieben oder Lebenweisen, die du hast.
Da ich viele Freunde in der UK habe und generell viel Englisch spreche, kann ich es mir super vorstellen mit einem International zusammenzuwohnen. Gerne kann ich auch bei Angelegenheiten mit der Bürokratie helfen, falls ich die zeit dafür habe.
Als neuen Mitbewohnenden kann ich mir beide Geschlechter vorstellen, ich würde dich aber so oder so gerne vorher kennenlernen und gucken, inwiefern wir zusammenpassen. Schreib mich gerne an und wir machen entweder ein Treffen in HGW selbst aus - oder vorerst online!

You would be living with me, Ticia (you can see me in the third picture). I've been studying psychology in Greifswald for a few years and I'm doing my best to get my master's degree by next year. So I'm sure I'll be here for a little while longer.
Hygiene is very important to me, but I'm not one to complain about crumbs - I, too, sometimes leave the dishes in the kitchen overnight out of laziness. Otherwise, I would describe myself as very open-minded and creative, I have many artistic hobbies and am a fan of languages and cultures. In my free time, I like to cook Arabic dishes (or anything from that region) and try out all kinds of spices. Therefore, it may well be that the apartment smells strongly of food quite often, but so far I have never burned anything :D My dishes often contain meat and animal products, so it is not a vegan WG. My previous roommate is vegan though, so I'm very open to whatever preferences or lifestyle you have.
Since I have many friends in the UK and generally speak a lot of English, I can imagine living with an international. I'm also happy to help with bureaucracy issues if I have the time.
I can imagine both sexes as new roommates, but I would like to get to know you beforehand and see how well we fit together. Feel free to write to me and we will either arrange a meeting in HGW itself - or online for the time being!

Die sonstigen Kosten setzen sich aus den Kosten für Strom sowie Internet zusammen. Bisher haben mein Mitbewohner und ich diese immer geteilt, ich würde dies gerne so beibehalten :)
Die Internet-Verbindung ist über ein LAN-Kabel sehr schnell, das WLAN ist manchmal nicht komplett verlässlich, aber größere Probleme gab es bisher nicht.

The other costs consist of the costs for electricity and internet. So far my roommate and I have always shared these, I'd like to keep it that way :)
The Internet connection is very fast via a LAN cable, the WLAN is sometimes not completely reliable, but there have not been any major problems so far.
