The room is cozy, but not huge. Bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, mirrors and coat racks have always fit into without problems due to the good cut. The large, floor-to-ceiling window is east and gives a lot of light. The wooden beams have a lot of charm and offer the opportunity to use them creatively.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich, aber nicht riesig. Bett, Nachttisch, Kommode, Spiegel und Kleiderständer haben aufgrund des guten Schnitts immer ohne Probleme hineingepasst. Das große, bodentiefe Fenster liegt östlich und spendet dadurch viel Licht. Die Holzbalken haben viel Charme und bieten die Möglichkeit, sie kreativ zu nutzen.
The location is definitely one of the biggest advantages of this apartment. We live very centrally in the historic downtown of Greifswald. The campus Loefflerstraße is only about 50 metres away. The hurdle to go to Mensa or to lectures is therefore very low. The main shopping street Greifswalds borders directly to our apartment. Bars, diner shops and shopping are all within a few steps away. The Greifswald city centre itself is very quiet and low traffic. From our windows we can look at a small courtyard where neighboring skiers like to play.
Die Lage ist definitiv einer der größten Vorteile dieser Wohnung. Wir leben sehr zentral in der historischen Innenstadt von Greifswald. Bis zum Campus Loefflerstraße sind es nur etwa 50 Meter. Die Hürde, zur Mensa oder zu Vorlesungen zu gehen, ist deshalb sehr niedrig. Die Haupt-Einkaufsstraße Greifswalds grenzt direkt an unsere Wohnung. Bars, Dönerläden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle innerhalb weniger Schritte erreichbar. Die Greifswalder Innenstadt selbst ist sehr ruhig und verkehrsarm. Aus unseren Fenstern können wir auf einen kleinen Innenhof schauen, wo die Nachbarskinder gerne Spielen.

Dein eigenes Zimmer ist ein Ort des Rückzugs. Die Küche hingegen ist ideal für den Austausch mit anderen.
Manchmal kochen wir zusammen, und manchmal sitzen wir einfach nur zusammen und quatschen.
Die Wohnung ist genau das, was man von einer Studenten-WG erwartet: Es ist alles da und es ist sauber, aber die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter.
Electricity and internet are not included in warm rental, but are available. The washing machine and dryer are located on the ground floor and are used by coin operation.
There is also the possibility to move in a few days earlier.
Strom und Internet sind nicht in der Warmmiete enthalten, stehen aber zur Verfügung. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Erdgeschoss und werden per Münzbetrieb genutzt.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch ein paar Tage früher einzuziehen.
