In der Langenstr. 15 wird ab Anfang August, ein schönes ca. 20qm² Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer kostet warm 241 dazu kommen noch anteilige Kosten an Strom, Internet und Fernsehen von 28€
In der Küche ist eig. nahezu alles vorhanden was man braucht (außer einer Spülmaschine) und zur Wohnung selbst, führt eine Art Außenpfad der sich auch gut als Balkon zum grillen nutzen lässt.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer recht ruhigen Lage, selbst das nahe gelegende Klex hört man selten.
Und wenn es in der Wohnung selbst mal lauter wird, stört es die Nachbarn eher selten, da die Isolierung doch recht gut zu sein scheint ;)
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind recht nah dran und durch die Nähe zum Rubenowplatz bzw. zum Tierpark hat man immer schnell n Stükchen Wiese auf dem man die Sonne genießen kann.
