Ab dem 1.10 verlässt mich meine Mitbewohnerin und ihr 18qm Zimmer , Deckenhöhe 3,30m, Fußbodentiefes Fenster ( 3,20m hoch, wird frei.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 60qm,gemeinsame Nutzraum (Küche,Bad,Flur,Abstellraum) 27qm.
Die Wohnung hat einen hohen Standard mit Einbauküche, Waschmaschine,Ceranherd, bodentiefer Dusche etc.
Wir sind hier vor 1,5 Jahren als Erstbezug eingezogen.Es handelt sich um eine alte Fabrikhalle,die zu Wohnungen umgebaut wurden. Wohnen im Denkmal also ;)
Außerdem gehört ein PKW Parkplatz zur Wohnung.
Kaution : 505€
Miete (ink. TV,Internet,Strom,Heizung): 350€

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Vulkanstraße, wenige Minuten von der Stadt und Uni entfernt, Einkausmöglichkeiten nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung gelegen.
