Das Zimmer hat 3 Fenster, wobei eines 1,80 hoch ist und einen Blick auf den Greifswalder Dom bietet (Luftlinie 75 m). Es ist 12m^2 groß, quadratisch geschnitten, hat Teppischfußboden, 4 Steckdosen und TV-Kabelanschluss.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und ist insgesamt 65 m^2 groß, verfügt über einen großen Flur, eine Abstellkammer und eine große Küche mit Mikrowelle und Backofen. Das badezimmer ist gefließt und hat eine geräumige Dusche. Ein WLAN-Anschluss ist auch vorhanden. Das Wohnhaus hat einen Hinterhof auf dem man sein Fahrrad sicher abstellen kann. Der sanierte Altbau hat schöne massive Holzbalken und liegt mitten in der Innenstadt! (zu Fuß; Supermarkt 3min, Institut für Anatomie 3min, Unihauptgebäude 5min, Schnellimbiss 1min, Fußgängerzone 1min, zum Markt 4min, zur Mensa 6 min, Bushaltestelle 3min, Hauptbahnhof 5min (und mit dem Fahrrad noch schneller) - beste Lage!)
Die Mitbewohner: Nicole, 19, studiert Biochemie, und Christoph 24, ist DJ. Die beiden sind mega entspannt drauf und vor allem sehr nett :)
Die Nachbarn sind alles Studenten und auch sehr nett.
