ich suche für den Zeitraum 1.09.2014 – 28.02.2015 einen Zwischenmieter für mein 21 m² großes, sehr helles Zimmer.
Die Wohnung in der Wolgaster Straße 85 hat 63 m², liegt im- 2. Stock und ist komplett mit dunklem Laminat / Fliesen verlegt. Mein Zimmer ist 21 m² groß, mit vielen Fenstern und eigenem Balkonzugang. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Kommode, 2 Bücherregale + Wandregale, Schreibtisch, Lesesessel)
Dazu gibt es eine renovierte Küche, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, eine Abstellkammer und einen großen Keller – die Wohnung ist mit W-Lan und Festnetzanschluss komplett ausgestattet.
Im Haus selbst gibt es einen eigenen Fahrstuhl, einen roten Netto und Joey´s Pizza, reichlich Parkplätze sind also vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr freundlich und es gab noch nie Probleme.
Entfernung zum alten Campus / Innenstadt: ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad
Zur Unibibliothek, neuem Campus und Klinikum: 2 Minuten
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin (25) ist total lieb und unkompliziert. Sie studiert im Master Bio-Mathematik, ist sehr hilfsbereit und eher ruhig und für gemeinsame Koch-/ Filmabende/ etc. auch gerne zu haben.
