I’m looking for a flatmate, for my two bedroom flat. The size of the bedroom is 25 m2, it is unfurnished, has a new laminate floor and lots of light pouring through 2 windows. The bedroom is free from 01.11.2015 and is available for viewings in person or through Skype.
What the apartment has to offer? this so called “Altbau” apartment has in total 60m2 and was completely renovated 4 years ago. The built-in-kitchen is new and I added a dishwasher, a microwave and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower and a cupboard for storing the toiletries. Behind the house lies a large and quite garden, which can be used for barbecue if wanted. In front, there are plenty parking spaces and a bicycle storage facility, in addition to a basement.

Ich suche einen Mitbewohner für mein Zwei-Zimmer-Apartment. Die Größe des Zimmers ist 25 m². Es ist nicht möbliert, hat einen neuen Laminat-Fußboden und sehr viel Licht, dass durch zwei Fenster in das Zimmer gelangt. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.11.2015 frei und ihr könnt es Euch selber anschauen oder wir verabreden uns per skype.
Was hat das Appartment zu bieten? Es ist ein sogenannter Altbau mit insgesamt 60 m² Fläche und wurde vor vier Jahren komplett saniert. Die Einbau-Küche ist neu und ich habe einen Geschirrspüler, eine Microwelle und eine Waschmaschine gekauft. Das Bad hat eine Dusche und einen Schrank zum Unterbringen deiner Utensilien. Hinter dem Haus gibt es einen großen ruhigen Garten, der für BBQs genutzt werden kan. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zu parken und um dein Fahrrad unterzubringen. Es gibt auch einen Keller.
The apartment building lies in Fleischervorstadt, 10 minutes by foot to the city centre and the same distance to the new campus. Several shops can be found in the surroundings.
Das Apartment liegt in der Fleischervorstadt, 10 minuten zur Innenstadt zu Fuß und dieselbe Entfernung zum neuen Campus. Viele Shopping-Möglichkeiten liegen in nächster Nähe.
