2 Zimmer Wohnung am 2. Etage. 500 m weit von Einkauf und 10 Min weit von Bahnhof. Bushaltestelle liegt gerade raus der Tür.
Ruhige Lage. Ganz neben die Hauptstraße an der Ecke. Aber kein Sorge. In das Zimmer dass ich Ihnen bieten wollen, ist frei von der Geräusch der Straßenverkehr.
Ich komme aus Indien. Arzt von Beruf. Arbeite ich in Uniklinik als Hospitant. Am Abend können wir reden, kochen und ich bin immer da bei für ein Bier. Wann jemand mein Deutsch verbessern kann hat ein spezielles Angebot( Indisches Essen)
1) Über die Nebenkosten die jährlich ist, ARD Beitrag die monatlich ist können wir teilen und diskutieren.
2) Ich erwarte eine Hilfe beim Putzen . Wir können einen Plan machen für die Hausarbeit zum Teilen.
