ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 12qm Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim Ernst-Thälmann-Ring.
Ich ziehe am 21.12. aus, also kann das Zimmer auch schon ab Donnerstag bezogen werden.
Die all inclusiv-Miete beträgt 156€ und umfasst Internet, Strom, Heizung, Wasser...also ein rundum-sorglos-Paket.
Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit Bett, Schrank, Regal, Stuhl, Teppich, Jalousie, Gardinenschiene.
15min zur Stadt und nach Wieck/Eldena. Balkon gibt´s auch ebenso wie Fahrradkeller und Waschcenter.
Rundherum gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Penny, Aldi, Rewe, Schönwaldecenter, Elisenpark.
Und jetzt zu den Mitbewohnern: das sind zwei sehr nette Mädels und es ist keine reine Zweckgemeinschaft, insofern wird auch jemand gewünscht, der ebenfalls kontaktfreudig ist.
Da es ein Studentenwohnheim ist, muss man an der EMAU immatrikuliert sein.
