Das Zimmer ist mit 12m² zwar etwas kleiner, dafür hat man aber ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein Balkon :) Die Wohnung (gesamt: 70m²) ist, bis auf das angebotene Zimmer, möbiliert und besitzt alles was man brauch. Das Haus ist ruhig, sauber und die Nachbarn sind freundlich - Was will man mehr ;)
Die Lage ist ideal, weil sich direkt gegenüber Rewe und Netto befinden und der Südbahnhof nur 50m entfernt ist. Zur Innenstadt sind es etwa 2,5km und zur Kiste (großer Hörsaal in der Makarenkostr.) nur 1,5km. Es gibt sehr gute, kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Haus.
Ich wohne schon 5 Jahre in dieser Wohnung und ziehe zum studieren nach Hamburg und suche ein Mitbewohner für Patrik, einen Freund von mir, der die Wohnung ab Oktober übernimmt. Am Besten lernt ihr ihn bei der Besichtigung einfach kennen :)
