Dein Zimmer ist voll möbliert und wirkt durch das große Fenster sehr hell, genauso wie der Rest der Wohnung. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG des Avila Studentenwohnparks und ist über einen Laubengang erreichbar. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden.
Lage:
Der Wohnpark liegt zwischen Innenstadt und Universitätsklinik. Durch die gute Lage erreicht man alle universitären Einrichtungen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof usw. in 10-15 min mit dem Rad. In der Innenstadt ist man mit dem Rad in ca. 5 min.
Super ist auch die Nähe zum Lidl, der sich direkt gegenüber befindet. Auch ein Netto sowie eine Bushaltestelle sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Strandbad Eldena am Greifswalder Bodden (15-20 min mit dem Fahrrad) bietet einen guten Ausgleich nach einem stressigen Unitag. :)
