Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und hat bereits Teppich verlegt bekommen. Die Wände sind weiß und stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wem das Zimmer zu klein ist, kann auch nach Absprache meines beziehen, welches etwas größer ist! Die Wohnung ist eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und Bad!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Südstadt. Es liegt direkt neben einer Bushaltestelle und befindet sich nur wenige Minuten von Familia, Lidl und Netto entfernt. Es gibt sonstige soziale Einrichtungen, genügend Fast-Food Gelegenheiten und auch ein nettes Restaurant. Sie liegt in etwa 20 Minuten Fußweg von der Innenstadt entfernt, welche aber via Bus gut zu erreichen ist.
Ich wohne momentan alleine, ich koche ab und an gerne mal selbst und meine Wohnung ist meist auch recht Ordentlich, einen Putzfimmel habe ich nicht und wenn es mal nicht allzu Ordentlich ist, werde ich auch nicht hysterisch. Sonst bin ich ein recht lockerer Mensch der mit allen Menschen gut klar kommt.
