Hallo,
ich - männlich, neunzehn Jahre - suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Ich selbst bin aufgeschlossen und an vielem interessiert.
Obwohl sich die Wohnung selbst in einer ruhigen Siedlung befindet, sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur zwei Minuten bis in die Einkaufsstraße. Es ist bereits eine erst noch relativ neue Einbauküche vorhanden. Auf Wunsch können Möbel (Schränke, Sofa etc.)vom Vormieter auf VB übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer wird für Anfang November frei. Ich selbst ziehe Mai nächsten Jahres aus, es besteht dann aber die Möglichkeit die Wohnung einfach mit einem anderen Mitbewohner weiterzuführen. Ein Schrank hat außerdem auch noch auf dem Flur platz.
