Großes helles Zimmer mit 3 Fenstern und toller Aussicht über Gummersbach.
Die Küche ist mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine top ausgestattet.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Stauraum welcher uns zur Verfügung steht sowie ein Waschraum.
Aktuell haben wir eine 200k Internetleitung die per Kabel in beiden Räumen perfekt ankommt.
Ruhige Lage, kaum Verkehr.
Fußläufig ca 8 min zur FH, 6 min in die Innenstadt, 2 min zur Bushaltestelle und 10 min zum Bahnhof.
Über die Innenstadt findet man eigentlich alles was man so braucht, von Supermärkten bin hin zum Saturn ist eigentlich alles da.
Auch Gastronomisch hat man eine breite Auswahl. In der Nähe befinden sich eine Vielzahl an Restaurants, sowie mehrere Dönerbuden und ein Irish Pub.
Sehr entspannt, bis jetzt hat hier jeder so sein Ding für sich gemacht. Keiner wird gezwungen sich an irgend einem "WG-Leben" zu beteiligen.
