I am a very reliable person who is friendly, kind and easy to get along with. Keeping my accommodation clean is important to me so I can guarantee the accommodation will not be mistreated. I am looking for a flatshare or a flat/room to rent in Hagen (NRW) whilst I work as a foreign language assistant in a local school in Hohenlimburg for the upcoming school year 21/22. This is as part of my German and Business degree so I am of course keen to speak German which is helpful for communicating with potential landlords or other tenants.
