Hallo Leute,
da ein Mitbewohner leider auszieht, suchen wir für unsere 3er WG einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Wir sind zwei nette und umgängliche Studenten. Das Zimmer ist auf Seite des Innehofs, lichtdurchflutet, mit Blick auf den Brocken und hat 10m². Außerdem haben wir eine Telefon-, Internet-, Heizungs-, und Wasserflatrate. Kabel-TV ist natürlich auch dabei. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland), ein Fitnessstudio, Kino und die Hochschule liegen gleich um die Ecke und sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ist dennoch ein Auto vorhanden sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das Alles für eine sehr erschwingliche Monatsmiete von 145€ inkl. Nebenkosten.
