Ich suche ab Mitte September einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Gröperstraße 42, ca 5 Minuten von der FH entfernt. Das Zimmer ist ca 14 m² groß. Die monatliche Gesamtmiete beträgt pro Person ca 175 Euro warm inkl. Internet/TV/Telefon und Strom. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 56 m² groß, Küche und Bad sind soweit voll ausgestattet.
Aber das Beste ist: Einen netten Mitbewohner gibt es gratis dazu ;-)
