Hallo liebe Leute,
ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für 2 Zimmer in Halberstadt.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und zur Hochschule benötigt man nur 5 Gehminuten.
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten(Kaufland, Edeka) sind gleich in der Nähe.
Die WG ist mit einer Waschmaschine und einer Küche(alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen benötigt wird) ausgestattet, welche mit genutzt werden dürfen.
Die beiden Zimmer die vermietet werden, können einmal als Schlaf- und einmal als Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden (so hat es zumindest meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin aufgeteilt).
Das Schlafzimmer hat eine Fläche von rund 12 m² und das Arbeitszimmer eine Fläche von rund 9 m².
Die WG verfügt über einen großen Flur mit Esstisch, wo man sich nach Belieben zum Erzählen und Essen treffen kann :)
An Miete würdet ihr dann so um die 210 € zahlen.
