Hallo,
da ich schon vor Semesterende umziehen möchte, suche ich jetzt privat einen Nachmieter für mein komplett möbliertes Zimmer im Wohnheim am Weinberg Campus. Du könntest zum 1. März einziehen und nach Rücksprache mit dem Studentenwerk anschließend die folgenden Semester dort wohnen bleiben.
Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt, ist eine Immatrikulation in Halle Voraussetzung.
Vorteil beim Wohnheim ist definitv die voll ausgestattete Wohnung, in der ihr euch zu 7. eine Küche und 2 Bäder (und noch eine extra Toilette) teilt.
Im Zimmer ist Bett, Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer vorhanden. Also perfekt für kurz entschlossene, die sich nicht mehr um Möbel kümmern können :) Bei der Zimmergröße bin ich mir nicht so sicher, ich denke es sind mehr als 15 qm.
Die Komplettmiete beträgt 195€, ihr habt Internet, Strom etc schon mit drin!
Zum Campus am Weinberg und Heide habt ihr max. 10 min zu Fuß.

Die Bahnhaltestelle Straßburger Weg ist in max. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, super Anbindung an Linie 4,5,94 ;)
