Da ich im Januar 2017 leider ausziehen muss, hinterlasse ich mein schönes 12,5 m2 großes und quadratisch geschnittenes Zimmer in einer 3er Mädels-WG. Das Zimmer steht ab 01.02.2017 unmöbliert zur Verfügung. Es ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und damit schön hell und freundlich.
Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fast vor der Tür und in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem bist du auch schnell am Neustadtcenter (ein typisches Shoppingcenter) mit einem tollen Kino, einer großen Buchhandlung, einem Real, abwechslungsreichen Imbissbuden und Einkaufsläden. REWE und Lidl sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe - nur 2-5 Minuten entfernt.
In der WG lebst du zusammen mit 2 tollen Mädels. Wir sitzen abends gerne zusammen und quatschen oder machen uns einen gemütlichen Filmeabend. Du kannst dich aber auch jederzeit zurückziehen.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, damit wir uns in unserer WG auch wohlfühlen ☺
Das Zimmer kostet lediglich nur 150,97€ warm !
