Das Zimmer ist interessant geschnitten und du hast die Morgensonne auf deiner Seite. Auf den 27qm hast du genug Platz um dich auszubreiten und es dir gemütlich zu machen. Deiner Kreativität sind also keine Grenzen gesetzt.
Neben dem Badezimmer gibt es praktischerweise noch eine zweite Toilette, die sich schon öfters bewert hat während einer duschen musste. Die angegebene Kaltmiete beinhaltet die gesamten Kosten inlc. Internet, Strom etc. Es kommt also nichts mehr drauf :)
Einziehen kannst du ab Ende März.
You get a room which is 27 qm big and it's nice and shinny in the morning :) It's big enough fpr lots of creative space :)
The apartment consist two bathrooms (one is only a toilet :P), so no trouble if some is taking a bath and you feel the need :D
The 280€ includes everything like electricity, Internet and so on. No hidden costs thought!
You can move in in late march if you like :)
Die Wohnung liegt ideal zwischen dem Kunst und Designcampus der Burg und auch an die Uni habt ihr es durch die Verkehrsanbindung nicht weit. Parkplätze sind mit ein bisschen Glück direkt vor der Tür zu ergattern :)
Ansonsten ist die WG schnell zu Fuß vom Reileck zu erreichen und auch Penny und Rewe sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.
Close to both campuses of the Burg, the MLU and two supermarkets. And the Hauptbahnhof Tram is only 1 min by walk away.
Du wirst dann mit Hae Ji (23) und Laura (19) zusammen wohnen. Hae Ji kommt aus Korea und hat vorher in Berlin gelebt. Inzwischen hat es sie nach Halle gezogen, wo sie Kunst an der Burg studiert. die Konversation mit ihr ist problemlos auf Englisch möglich, Deutsch geht aber auch. Laura macht gerade ihr FJ in einem Kindergarten und ist eine wahre Frohnatur :)

Laura works at the moment at a kindergarden and is a cheerful nature :)
Bitte meldet euch am Besten bei Hae Ji (0-1-7-6-2-4-8-2-9-6-2-0) in Englisch per Whatsapp oder Nachricht. Sie hat gerade Semesterferien und deswegen Zeit für euch.
Alternativ natürlich auch bei Laura (0-1-5-7-3-6-9-3-3-9-5-9), die aber tagsüber arbeiten muss, aber auf Deutsch erreichbar ist. Entschuldigt das ----, WG Gesucht blockiert Nummern in Reinform.
