Hallo an alle Interessierten,
das Zimmer des 2-Raum Appartements ist rund 19m2 groß und verfügt über sehr viel Licht durch zwei große Fenster mit Oberlicht. Die Lage unweit vom Steintor/ Steintorcampus, als auch zum Hauptbahnhof und ermöglicht daher eine gute Anbindung in ganz Halle und zur Universität. Der Gesamtpreis des Zimmers liegt bei 260€ inklusive Strom und Internet.
Zu meiner Person ist zu sagen, dass ich bis vor kurzem noch an der Universität gearbeitet habe und mich nun im Referendariat für Lehrämter befinde. Nebenbei beende ich mein Zweitstudium im Fach Deutsch als Zweitsprache.
Primär suche ich nach einer Person, welche ggf. auch arbeitstätig ist und diese Wohnung bedingter Maßen aus Pendelzwecken oder aber auch zu Studienzwecken benötigt.

Dear all,
the room of the two room apartment you are applying for is about 18m2 big. It offers a lot of sun due to two big windows and is located close to Steintor/Steintorcampus as well as to central station, which is located near by and is only five minutes away by tram. The room would cost you 260 Euros in total, including electricity and wifi.
Now a few words about myself. I recently worked for the university and I am now a prospect teacher working at a local high school. In addition to that I am about to finish my second study programm (German as second language).
My primary object is to find someone who is commuting to work or needs the room for studying purposes.
