I am leaving my nice room in Paulusviertel. It is fully furnished: there are big double bed, a table, a chair, an armchair, small table and a wardrobe. I leave all furniture for 250 EURO. This price includes all furniture in the flat. There two windows and it is always light in the room. The flat itself has another room where nice young researcher from the MPI lives. There is a big light kitchen and spacious bathroom. if you have a bike you can park it at the backyard or keep it in the cellar.
The location is very convenient: you spend only 2 minutes to get to EDEKA and to public transport. It is 20 minutes by foot to the Market place and 8 minutes by bike.
