Großes sonniges Zimmer im Paulusviertel

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand des Paulusviertels, nur wenige Minuten vom Steintorcampus entfernt.
In einer Minute erreicht man die Bahnhaltestelle "Am Wasserturm", die Haltestelle "Am Steintor" und "Lessingstraße" befinden sich auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Du hast es also nicht weit (egal ob mit Bahn, Fahrrad oder zu Fuß) zum Stadtzentrum oder Unicampus.
Der Innenhof des Hauses kann auf kurze Anfrage beim Hausmeister zum Grillen benutzt werden.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Rewe, Lidl, Aldi und der 24-Stunden Edeka sind ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.


The apartment is located on the edge of the Paulus quarter, only a few minutes away from Steintorcampus.
In one minute you reach the station "Am Wasserturm", the stations "Am Steintor" and "Lessingstraße" are only a few minutes away. So you're not far (whether by train, bicycle or on foot) from the city centre or Unicampus.
The courtyard of the house can be used for barbecue on short request to the janitor.
Shopping facilities: Rewe, Lidl, Aldi and the 24-hour Edeka are about 15 minutes walk away.

Bisher war das WG-Leben eher ruhiger, jedoch ist der gemeinsame Schnack, Spielabende oder Kochen in der gut ausgestatteten WG Küche immer drin.
In einer 4er WG ist eigentlich auch immer jemand da für dich, jedoch hat jeder ausreichend seine Ruhe. "Alles kann nichts muss". (Ich mag diesen Spruch nicht aber was wäre eine WG anzeige ohne ihn? :D ) Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Rosa (24). Sie ist frisch zum Oktober fürs Kunstgeschichts- und Ethnologiestudium nach Halle gezogen. Sie interessiert sich daneben sehr fürs Schauspiel und nimmt auch selbst Unterricht. Sie ist ein guter Gesprächspartner und für einen Schnack in der Küche zu haben. Johanna (31) arbeitet im Kommunikationsbereich und kommt eigentlich aus dem Ruhrgebiet, weshalb sie immer nur 2 - 3 Tage in Halle ist. Im Sommer verbringt sie viel Zeit auf dem Wasser und sie liebt das Segeln. Gökcen (26) ist auch sehr frisch in die WG gezogen und absolviert in Vorbereitung für ein Studium in Halle einen Deutschsprachkurs, sie spricht fließend Englisch, aber weil sie im Moment Deutsch lernt, möchte sie so häufig wie möglich deutsch sprechen. Sie hat eine Leidenschaft für Art-House-Filme und bereitet im Moment ein Filmfestival in Dresden im kommenden Frühjahr vor. Ansonsten kocht sie noch sehr gern. Die drei freuen sich sehr auf ein nettes Kennenlernen. :)
Unsere Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine, Staubsauger und eigentlich alles was man in der Küche braucht ist vorhanden. Falls dir noch etwas fehlen sollte, werden Neuanschaffungen eigentlich durch alle Mitbewohnis geteilt. Ein schönes Zimmer, die Badewanne und ein ruhiges Klima innerhalb der WG machen es dir bestimmt leicht dich hier schnell wohlzufühlen.

So far, life in the shared flat has been rather quiet, but there is always a chat, game nights or cooking in the well-equipped shared kitchen. In a 4-person shared apartment there is always someone there for you, but everyone has enough peace and quiet. "Everything is possible, nothing is neccesary". (I don't like that saying, but what would a flat share ad be without it? :D ) Your future roommates are Rosa (24). She moved to Halle in October to study art history and ethnology. She is also very interested in acting and also takes lessons herself. She is a good conversationalist and available for a chat in the kitchen. Johanna (31) works in communications and actually comes from the Ruhr area, which is why she is only in Halle for 2-3 days. In summer she spends a lot of time on the water and she loves sailing. Gökcen (26) has also just moved into the shared flat and is doing a German language course in preparation for studying in Halle. She speaks fluent English, but because she is learning German at the moment, she would like to speak German as often as possible. She has a passion for art house films and is currently preparing a film festival in Dresden next spring. Otherwise she loves to cook. The three are looking forward to getting to know each other. :) Our apartment is well equipped. Washing machine, vacuum cleaner and actually everything you need in the kitchen is available. If you should still be missing something, new acquisitions are actually shared by all flatmates. A nice room, the bathtub and a quiet atmosphere in the shared apartment will certainly make it easy for you to quickly feel at home here.

Sonstiges ist Sonstiges und gehört deswegen eher zum Nebensächlichen. Sonstiges erfährt man doch sowieso immer erst vor Ort im persönlichen Gespräch. Etwas Sonstiges wäre wohl zu erwähnen, dass Internet in der Warmmiete schon enthalten ist. Ansonsten ist alles Grundsätzliche, aber auch Sonstiges, in unserer WG schon vorhanden, wir freuen uns aber immer über kleine Gimmicks, die mitgebracht werden (z.B. einen Eiscrusher) :)

Other is other and is therefore more of a side issue. Anything else is always only found out in a personal conversation. Another thing worth mentioning is that internet is already included in the rent including heating. Otherwise, everything basic is already available in our flat, but we are always happy about small gimmicks that you bring with you (e.g. an ice crusher) :)
