Salut und guten Tag ihr Wohnungssuchenden!
Wir bewohnen derzeit zu dritt eine 4er Wg direkt am Steintor und suchen eine(n) neuen Mitstreiter(in). In der WG wohnt Willi Azubi(Screendesign) Chrissi, Studentin(Japanologie) und ich, Marcel(FSJ), sämtlichst nette umgängliche Menschen. Euch das zu beweisen steht unsere WG, für Besuche offen. In den obenstehenden Kosten(insges. ca. 244€) ist dann schon alles erdenkliche enthalten: Warmmiete Strom Telefonanschluss und Flatrate sowie DSL Flatrate. Die WOhnung hat 2 Bäder (eins nur mit wc das andere mit Wanne etc. und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer(WOhnung insg.ca.150qm).
Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße , was aber Dank der isolierten Fenster keine Auswirkungen hat.
Zu weiteren Fragen stehe ich gerne Rede und Antwort.
Es wäre auch möglich das Zimmer (auch ab sofort) für eine Zwischenmiete bis Ende Mai zu bewohnen(In der Zwischenmiete würden wir auch im Preis runtergehen)
