Das Zimmer ist ca. 22 m² groß, liegt im 2. OG und hat 3 große Fenster. 3, 50m Deckenhöhe und große Altbautüren sind neben genügend Heizkörpern ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, hat eine große, helle Küche mit angrenzender Speisekammer, die man sogar als Gästezimmer umbauen könnte. Das Bad verfügt über eine Badewanne, unser WC befindet sich separiert im nächsten Raum.
Der Flur ist ebenfalls sehr groß.
Bus, S-Bahn und Straßenbahnen sind ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Durch direkte Nähe zum Hbf Halle kommt man ziemlich zügig eigentlich überall hin (Merseburg, Leipzig, Halle Innenstadt usw.)
Momentan wohnt Paul (19, studiert Geografie) so gut wie allein in der Wg. Ich werde Studium-bedingt nach Merseburg ziehen. Unsere Nachbarwohnung wird mit unserer 2er-Wg zusammengelegt. Deshalb wird es auch dort noch Neuzugänge geben. Unter und über uns wohnen sehr sympatische und liebenswürdige StudentInnen, mit denen mindestens der Sonntags-Tatort Pflicht ist ;)
