Ich muss wegen Studiumsende mein gemütliches Zimmer in der WG verlassen. Es ist ruhig, da das Fenster zum Hinterhof liegt und es passen bequem Bett, Regale, Schreibtisch, Sofa und Schrank rein. Die Wände sind recht dünn, es gibt eine (nicht genutzte) Durchgangstür zum Nebenraum, doch bei der netten Mitbewohnerin ist das kein Problem. Auch die Nachbarn im Haus sind freundlich und tolerant.

Because I graduated I need to leave my cozy room in this flat. It's not noisy because the window opens to the backyard. A bed, desk, shelves, wardrobe and a couch fit perfectly in the room. The walls are a bit thin (there's a not used door to the next room) but that's no problem with your nice flatmate next door. The neighbors in the house are friendly too.

Die Mitbewohner sind zur Zeit die Physikstudentin Nina, zwei Physikdoktoranden (James aus Nottingham und Amine aus Tunis) und die auch frisch eingezogene IKEAS-Studentin Franka. Es wird gerne ab und an eine WG-Kochwoche eingelegt, bei der jeden Tag einer für die anderen kocht, gemeinsam feiern uns ins Kino gehen ist auch beliebt. James bouldert häufig und Amine spielt Gitarre. Natürlich hat jeder sein Zimmer und wenn viel zu tun ist gibt es auch ruhige Phasen.
Ansonsten:
WG-Kasse (Putzmittel, Küchenrolle usw.), Putzplan (jedes Wochenende putzt jemand Küche, Bäder und Flur)

Your flatmates are Nina, a phisics student, Amine from Tunis and James from Nottingham, both physics doctorates and Franka freshly moved in, IKEAS student. From time to time we cook together, going out patying and to the cinema is a popular activity as well. James likes bouldering and Amine plays the guitar. Everyone has their room of course and when there's much to do the it's more quiet in the flat.
Furthermore:
WG-cash (cleaning stuff, toiletpaper etc), Cleaning plan (every weekend someone cleans the kitchen, bathrooms and hallway)
1. Sonstige Kosten: Es gibt keine Kaution, aber jeder der in die WG eingezogen ist, hat 50€ bezahlt, vor allem für den Fall dass größere Neuanschaffungen anfallen. Z.B. ist mal ein Kühlschrank kaputt gegangen und wurde von dem Geld ersetzt.

Everyone who moved in paid 50€, in case something needs to be repaired or bought new (for example once a fridge broke and the money was used to get a new one)
