Ich ziehe leider Ende Maerz aus Halle weg und biete mein Zimmer an.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer: Zwei kleine und ein grosses Gaestezimmer.
In einem Zimmer wohnt Andy, der ist aus England und arbeitet in Halle.
Grosses Gemeinschaftszimmer bietet viel Platz zum Sitzen/Trinken/Schlafen.
Und dein zukunftiges Zimmer ist relativ klein, ist sehr ruhig und
Fenster geht ins gruenen Innenhof. Im Garten kann auch gegrillt werden.
Zimmer ist möbiliert - hat einen Tisch, grosses Bett und einen grossen Schrank.
!!! Man kann hier auch zu zweit wohnen - die Wohnung hat ja drei Zimmer.
Zur Tram (Moritzburgring) sind es 5 Min. zu Fuß, zum Zentrum 10-15 Min. Um die Ecke gibts verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, NP, Späti).
5 Min. zum Uniplatz und auch 5-7 Minuten zum Peissnitzinsel an der Saale.
Du kannst gerne ab 15. Maerz oder 01. April einziehen.
