Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich ziehe schweren Herzens aus meiner Wg aus und suche daher einen Nachmieter für meine 2 schönen Zimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der August-Bebel-Straße, also sehr zentral.
Hier noch ein paar weitere Fakten:
-Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster
-schöne Küche (komplett eingerichtet)
-weiterer Raum-->wird als Abstellkammer und
Waschmaschinenstellplatz genutzt
-Hinterhof zum Wäsche aufhängen aber auch zum Grillen
du würdest 2 Zimmer bewohnen, eins mit 20 m² und eins mit 13 m².
