Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und hat zwei große Fenster Richtung Süden. Ich habe es vor dem Auszug noch mal gestrichen.
Die Lage ist echt gut. Du innerhalb von 5 Minuten bist du bei Rewe oder Lidl. Zur Straßenbahn sind es auch nur 3 Minuten. Die Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof sind zu Fuß in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar oder in 5 mit der Straßenbahn. Auch der Steintorcampus ist direkt um die Ecke. Eine Apotheke und ein Zahnarzt sind ebenfalls in direkter Nähe.
Du lebst mit Doa und Saina zusammen. Beide Mädels sind gerade im Studienkolleg. Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene WG, wo man sich gerne auf einen Tee oder beim gemeinsamen Essen in der Küche zusammenfindet. Generell respektieren wir aber unseren personal Space und sind keine großen Partygänger. Außerdem ist uns die Sauberkeit unserer WG sehr wichtig. Wenn du also ein entspanntes, ruhiges WG Leben suchst bist du bei uns genau richtig.
Ich würde dir meine Vorhänge und meinen alten Schreibtisch sowie eventuell meinen Kleiderschrank gerne ohne zusätzliche Kosten überlassen. Die monatlichen Kosten belaufen sich auf 290€ Warmmiete plus Kosten für Strom und Internet ( ca. 40€). Dazu kommen noch einmalige Kosten von 450€ Kaution und 100€ Ablöse.
Zum WG Eigentum gehören auch eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Außerdem haben wir ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Letzte Info: Meine Mitbewohnerinnen wünschen sich eine Frau als neue Mitbewohnerin.
