ich suche einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes WG-Zimmer, weil ich die Stadt verlasse.
In der WG wohnen außer mir noch zwei Frauen.
Das Zimmer in der Mansfelderstraße 42 ist ab sofort für dich frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 21 qm groß, hat zwei große Fenster, durch die viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt.
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Kleiderschrank in sehr gutem Zustand, der gern übernommen werden kann.
Parkplätze befinden sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Vor dem Haus ist eine Bahnhaltestelle, bis zum Markt läuft man ca. 15 Minuten, die Peisnitz ist auch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bis zur Saline-Schwimmhalle läuft man sogar nur 5 Minuten.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit:
