Currently, the room is occupied and will be available from 1st June, 2017.
The room has wide bay window and high ceilings decorated with stucco. It is one of the 5 rooms, including bathroom and kitchen. Additionally, there is also a storage room. The apartment has been recently renovated 5 years ago, and therefore is in neat condition with all the modern amenities. We are looking for people who have desire to stay for a while and/or continue/re-start a WG, as we all must leave by this summer. For that, we are slowly replacing the members who are leaving.
The apartment is located in the heart of the city. The tram almost stops outside the front door, while the market and various shopping possibilities are hardly 5 minutes away. The next door to the building is famous Golden Rose, and opposite to it is the Star Street with various pubs and restaurants. The parking facilities for residents available in the backyard (the residents' parking permit has to be at the Stadthalle for approx. 30 € per year).
We, Konrad, Alex, and Sapna are two pharmacists (one in the practical year the other makes his doctor) and agricultural engineer. We are a German, a Brazilian and an Indian. Originally founded by 3 initial friends, we have now become an international flat share with a Polish and a Danish living here recently. In the past, we had a lot of parties, but now we have more commitments, so the WG life has become a little calmer. We cook and do things together when possible. We are interested in culture as well as sport and like to get to know new people. Therefore, we are looking for a nice, open-minded person for our shared flat.
