Rooms with 18m² are ready to move. Already three chinese students live there. The flat is completely rebuild nine months ago and furnished as a student residence. Internet is included like electricity and all the other extracosts (water, heating, insurance, taxes etc.)
Every room has large windows. The flat is build is well-spaced with broad hallway, a common room, two bathrooms, a built-in kitchen and a washingmachine. In all there are six seperat rooms for six flatmates.
If you prefer, you bring your own furniture, if not, we furnish your room. The furniture is also included in the price.
The apartment is located near Weinberg-Campus (Campus Heide-Süd). Many scientific institutions are close by: all the natural sciences of the Halle-Martin-Luther-University like Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Chemie, Pharmazie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie, Geologie, Geographie and Agrar- and Foodsciences.
There is also located the Fraunhoferinstitut IWMS, the Fraunhofercenter for microdiagnostik CSP, the Leibnizinstitut IAMO, the Leibnizinstitut IPB (Bio-Zentrum), the Max-Planck-Institut, the Helmholtz-Zentrum UFZ and the University Clinic.
The bus stops in front of the house and takes you there every 15 minutes. You reach the campus in a few minutes, by bike it takes you also just a few minutes.
Actually only three rooms are let to students, so far everything is possible. What character the community will have is your decision. Because of the vacancy it is possible, that a group of people or a couple moves in without any problems.
The caretaker of the building shows you the flat non-comittal. He works every day 6am - 11:30am. If you are seriously considering, we make an appointment to arrange everything.
