Das Zimmer liegt ruhig zum Hof. Es kann auf Wunsch möbliert werden. Die Küche lädt zum Sitzen ein und das Bad ist nicht zu klein. Wenn ich (zweiwöchentlich) weg bin, kann mein Raum teilweise mitgenutzt werden.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, aber ruhig um die Ecke vom August-Bebel-Platz. Unmittelbar schnell zu erreichen sind Einkaufsmöglichkeit (2 min) und Tram (2 min) sowie die Harz-Mensa (1 min), die Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek (1 min.) usw.
Ich bin ein kompatibler Mensch mit Hang zur Ruhe. Zweiwöchentlich sind meine beiden Kinder da, 10 und 8 Jahre. Die sind aktiver als ich, aber haben eigene Zimmer. In der anderen Woche schlafen ich und sie anderswo. Da wäre die Wohnung also alle zwei Wochen sturmfrei! Mein Stubentiger gehört mit zum Geschehen: alt, verträglich und nett. Die Wohnung wird wöchentlich von meiner Haushaltshilfe gereinigt. Schön wäre, wir verstehen uns gut, anderenfalls müssen wir uns kaum sehen.
Aktuelle Features sind DSL, DVB-T, Netflix, Amazon Prime, schlauer Fernseher und Auto. Ich kann auch mal Einkäufe fahren und wer Kampfsport und Bewegung mag, kann sich gern mit mir austoben.
