A bright room is available in a shared flat of 4 people. The apartment has a shared living room, a kitchen, a shower room and a toilet.
You will be taking my room. But you will be sharing the apartment with Leo(27), Julia(23) & Nele(19). The environment of the apartment is generally quite but we love cooking together at times and catch up with each other while cooking. Otherwise your personal space is also very well respected. We would like someone who is friendly and values cleanliness.
Since we are very centrally located, so you have almost everything in close vicinity. 5 mins walking to S-bahn stations Reibeckplatz and 2 mins walking to Am Leipziger tomb.
5 mins walking to Rewe and Edeka.
5-7 mins walking to Marktplatz.
Even though we are so centrally located still there is no street sound throughout the day.
We are looking for someone who is looking for atleast a 3 months stay or longer.
