Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß mit großem Fenster und Blick auf die Straße und den Fluss gegenüber.
Es liegt direkt vor der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Ludwigstraße, das ist wirklich hilfreich, und Lidl und Rewe sind beide zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Fluss ist ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ihr neuer Mitbewohner wäre Faraz, er macht seinen Master, ist aber sportbegeistert und würde an jedem Sport teilnehmen, den Sie ausüben möchten. Umer ist auch Masterstudent und er liebt es zu scherzen und zu kochen. Adnan ist ein Student im Studienkolleg, also ist er den ganzen Tag in seinem Zimmer und lernt oder spielt Playstation. Schließlich ist Muhammad ein sehr introvertierter Mensch und bleibt die meiste Zeit in seinem Zimmer. Jeden Abend versammeln sich alle im Wohnzimmer für ein Gespräch oder einen Film oder manchmal auch für Kartenspiele. Das ist ein bisschen erfrischend.Ich würde meine Möbel und Küche und andere Utensilien zurücklassen und das würde 100 Euro kosten

It's right in front of the Ludwigstrasse tram stop, which really helps, and Lidl and Rewe are both within walking distance. The river is also a 2 minute walk away. Your new flatmate would be Faraz, he is doing his Masters but is enthusiastic about sports and would participate in any sport you are interested in playing. Umer is also a masters student and he loves to joke and cook. Umer(2) is a college student, so he's in his room all day studying . Finally, Muhammad is a very introverted person and stays in his room most of the time. Every evening everyone gathers in the living room for a chat or a movie or sometimes a game of cards. That's a little refreshing.I would be leaving my furniture and kitchen and other Utensils and that would cost 100 euros.
