A large room in attic apartment (2.5 rooms, 57.20 sqm, 3rd floor) is available on 01.07.25.
The subsequent intake is possible, e.g. for 15.07. or possibly to. 01.08.
Short-term rent is also possible by agreement (e.g. for three months).
The warm rental coset 650 € monthly.
The deposit is 1000 €. (upon arrangement)
The room is fully furnished, or with a table, chair, wardrobe, shelf, bed, garbage bucket and a table and ceiling lamp.
Internet (WLAN) and heating are of course available.
The apartment is in a well maintained condition with fitted kitchen and full bathroom.
Oven and washing machine are available. Coffee machine, kettle and vacuum cleaner are also available.
The apartment does not include a balcony, but the garden is allowed.
Parking is occupied by other tenants, but there are good parking options on the street.

Die Wohnung ist im gepflegten Zustand mit Einbauküche und Vollbad.
Backofen und Waschmaschine sind verfügbar. Darüber hinaus stehen Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Staubsauger zur Verfügung.
Zur Wohnung gehört kein Balkon, aber die Gartenmitnutzung ist erlaubt.
Die Parkplätze sind von anderen Mietern belegt, aber auf der Straße gibt es gute Parkmöglichkeiten.
The apartment is located in the Alsterdorf district, but indeed at the borders between Eppendorf, Winterhude and Lokstedt.
Very quiet location, yet good shopping:
A Beckerei can be reached in a min.
Budni is 3-5 minutes' walk away.
REWE-Markt (Alster Royal) is 7-9 minutes' walk away.
So it only removes one stop ("Carl-Cohn-straße" from Bus 19).
Penny market is also available in 7-9 minutes' walk.
Along Alsterdorfer Straße you reach Winterhuder Marktplatz on foot in 12-15 min.
Bus stop "Wilhelm-Metzger-Straße" (19) is just outside the door.
After Witerhuder Marktplatz it takes about 7 minutes by bus 19.
U1 Lattenkamp is 5-7 minutes' walk away.
From Lattenkamp to Hamburg Main Station it takes with U1 in 15 minutes.
Hamburg-Airport (Airport) with U1 in 13 min.
Hallerstraße (near UHH and HfMT) with U1 in 7 min.
District Office Hamburg-Nord with bus 114 in 6 min.
Siemersplatz with bus 281 in 9 min.
Hamburg-Airport (Airport) is best reached by Bebelallee by bus 392 in 15 min.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Alsterdorf, aber in der Tat an den Grenzen zwischen Eppendorf, Winterhude und Lokstedt.
Sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Eine Beckerei ist in einer Min. zu erreichen.
Budni ist in 3-5 Fußminuten zu erreichen.

Er entfernt sich also nur eine Haltestelle ("Carl-Cohn-straße" von Bus 19).

We take into account the rules of the House, namely keeping the common areas as clean as possible and protecting the neighbourhood from noise.
In the hallway to the wall a whiteboard is attached, so we can reasonably exchange our opinions.
Once a month we discuss the management of the WG.
We have a cleaning plan and if necessary buy some things together like e.g. sponge, detergent or toilet paper. In this sense, this is not a pure purpose WG.
It's not a party WG.
Wir berücksichtigen die Hausordnung, nämlich die Gemeinschaftsräume möglichst sauber zu halten und die Nachbarschaft vor Lärm zu schützen.
Im Flur an die Wand ist ein Whiteboard angebracht, womit wir unsere Meinungen vernünftig tauschen können.
Einmal pro Monat besprechen wir über die Verwaltung der WG.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und ggf. kaufen paar Dinge zusammen wie z. B. Schwamme, Putzmittel oder Klopapier. In dem Sinne ist das keine reine Zweck-WG.
Es ist keine Party-WG.
Smokers are not desired. Animal husbandry is prohibited with us.

There is a cellar room as a storage chamber. And we have our own drying room.
