Das Zimmer ist klein aber sehr Hell, mit großer Fenster und gute Ausblick. es gibt einiege möbel dass man in Zwischenzeit ohne Zahlung nutzen kann, wie das Bett, Komode und Hänger.
Die Lage ist was wir vermissen würden wenn wir von hier ausziehen. Es ist nur 3-4 Minuten entfernt von Alle-Center, worin gibt es alle Möglichkeiten für einkaufen, wie Kaufland, DM, Rossman, H&M, Bäckerei und ...
Die U-bahn Station Altenessen-mitte ist auch 3-4 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch Nachtbus station daneben.
Und am besten ist die Keiser Wilhelms Park dass nur mit 5 Minuten laufen erreichbar ist.
In der Wohnung wohne ich und meine Schwester. wir kommen aus dem Iran und sind beide Studenten hier. Ich arbeite von zu Hause aber sie geht nach der Arbeit ein paar Tage in der Woche. Wir sind ruhig und machen kein Party und Lärm aber spielen beide Instrumente ein paar Stunden jeden Tag :)
Das Zimmer wird als Zwichenmiete von Anfang April bis ende Mai vermitet.
