Hallo liebe Leute,
ein Zimmer in der Schanze, genaugenommen in der Beckstraße ist zu vermieten!
Die Wohnung hat eine schöne (möblierte) Küche die auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt wird,
außerdem gibt es ein drittes Zimmer mit 10qm das gemeinsam genutzt
werden kann. Momentan ist es ein Lagerraum/Abstellkammer.
Dazu gibt es auch noch Abstellfläche auf dem Dachboden.
Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, jedoch auf der "helleren" Seite und hat
zumindest vormittags viel Licht.
Die Beckstraße ist wenig befahren und für die Lage relativ ruhig.
Das Mobiliar im Zimmer könnte zum Großteil gegen eine Abstandszahlung
übernommen werden!
Du wirst mit mir (Julien) die Wohnung teilen. Ich komme aus Frankreich, aber habe mehrere Jahre im Ausland gelebt, und bin auch halb-Amerikaner. Ich spreche also English viel besser als Deutsch, das ich vor kurzem gelernt habe. Ich bin Pianist und studiere ein Master in der Hochschule für Musik und Theater. Ein bisschen über mich (auf Englisch):
I'm used to living in WGs and enjoy the lifestyle. For me an ideal WG is a balance between shared moments, whether that be cooking together, having a glass of wine or whatever else, and our own privacy. I value good communication about everything concerning the flat (cleaning etc..) but also a chill atmosphere, that enables each person to live the way they like to.
