The apartment is in a great location in Altona (Max-Brauer-Allee), not too far from the Sternschanze either, with good bus and metro connections. Plus an Aldi and numerous other restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
This is a purpose flat share (4 persons) and it is important for us that you are able to get along with others, treating each other with politeness and respect. Once in a while we can cook together or share a glass of wine. :) Your bedroom is of course your own private space. However, we aim to keep the bathroom and kitchen, i.e. public areas clean and tidy.
Only 1 room is available from the 1st of Mai. Short notice we know, it is a last minute deal. It is important that you are willing to take up the contract from this date. There is a couch and wardrobe in the room. You will just need to bring your own bed or mattress.
Since there is for now 2 man and 1 woman. We would prefer another woman, when possible. But we are open. We also speak more in English since there is some people from other countries living here. But German is good also.
Send us a short message abour yourself. Room will be given by Friday evening the latest.
