So wohnen wir 3 zusammen, Roman, Stephie und Sven. Wir sind 30 – 42 Jahre alt und arbeiten selbstständig (Startup, Marketing, Psychologie). Aber von August bis Ende September ist immer irgendwer im Urlaub, so dass die übrigen sich hier in der großen Wohnung verlaufen würden. Deshalb vermieten wir ein Zimmer, es ist möbliert und komplett eingerichtet. Unsere Sachen sind dort drin, aber es ist kein Problem, es gibt auch genug Platz für Deine Dinge.
Somit würdest Du ab und zu mal mit Roman und Stephie, mal mit Sven und mal allein die schönste Wohnung in der schönsten Stadt der Welt genießen. Und quasi jede Woche jemand neues kennenlernen. Yeah.
Wir rauchen alle nicht, sind easy going, sauber und höflich. Wäre toll, wenn das bei Dir auch so wäre 😉. Wir unternehmen gerne was, wirklich verschiedene Sachen, z.B. Elphie, Schanze, Natur, Boot fahren.
Der Mietpreis ist all inclusive. Beim Ein- und Auszugszeitraum sind wir voll flexibel - wenn Du ne Woche oder nen Monat länger bleiben willst ist das kein Problem.

However, from August to the end of September, one of us is always on vacation, so the remaining ones would feel lost in this large apartment. That's why we are renting out a room, which is furnished and fully equipped. Our belongings are in there, but there is enough space for your things as well. By moving in, you would occasionally enjoy the company of Roman and Stephie, sometimes Sven, and sometimes have the place to yourself in the most beautiful apartment in the most wonderful city in the world. And you'd get to meet someone new almost every week. Yeah!
None of us smoke; we are easy-going, clean, and polite. It would be great if you were the same 😉. We enjoy doing various activities, such as going to the Elbphilharmonie, visiting the Schanzenviertel, spending time in nature, and even going on boat trips.
The rent includes everything. Wanna stay a week or month longer - no problem, we are flexible.
