Room is nice sice and includes furniture. The rent is only starting mid or earliest start october till end of December. Unfortunatly anmeldung is not possible.
Location is amazing spot near all supermarkets such as Netto, Edeka, DM, Aldi. There are many nice cafes and bahnhof altona is in waling distance. We have both bustops and Sbahn near by.
a bit about us,
I am Amir, 27, I work mon-fri, I am an architectural lighting designer. After work I usually go to gym then home and cook. And sleep. Weekends I like to go out party or if too cold have few friends over and cook and drink. But ofcourse a lot of times is also a relaxing recovering day. We do occasionally cook together in our flat too.
I would say I am quite friendly and logical person and if someone is saying something that makes sense I can understand. I lived in many countries such as India, Iran, Thailand, Switzerland and now Germany. So usually I get a long with different people and cultures.
One important thing you should know about me I got a bit of OCD which makes me sensitive on clean house, no shoes inside and we stick to the schedule to clean Friday or sat so we can enjoy the clean house together on the weekend. But the cleaning schedule we take turns so every 3 weeks would be your turn.
Other than that we just keep It tidy, and clean after cooking and wash our dishes. Like simple common sense stuff basically.
About our other roomate. She is Regginia 25 and she is doing Ausbilung in becoming a chef. She also works tue-sat. She is pretty chill person too and nice. She enjoys to be social and at times to be on her own.
