Das Zimmer hat circa 20m2 mit schönem Hochbett und einem kleinen Balkon. Es ist sehr hell, Dielenboden, Deckenhöhe circa 3,2m mit Mäanderstuck. Es ist teilmöbliert. Die Wohnung hat außerdem noch einen schöne Wohnküche, eine Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, separates WC. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, sowie 2 Kühlschränke sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist circa 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Altona und dem Mercado Einkaufszentrum entfernt. Sie liegt im Herzen von Ottensen, 5 Minuten bis zum Elbstrand und zur Buslinie 15.
Unsere Gesa (35) zieht zum 01.03.2024 aus, weil sie einen Superjob ln Mannheim gefunden hat, für sie suchen wir eine Nachfolgerin. Wir sind eine Mehrgenerationen WG im Herzen von Ottensen und sind:

Dennis ist 36 Jahre alt und macht eine Ausbildung beim Finanzamt
Jürgen ist 74 Jahre jung und ist Chemiker im Ruhestand und gibt Unterricht in Mathe, Chemie und Physik.
Wir suchen eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin, die gerne manchmal mit uns kocht, spielt, ins Kino oder Theater geht. Mittelpunkt der WG ist die Wohnküche.
