Hallo,
ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung im Zeitraum vom 21.6. bis 31.7. Es handelt sich um eine 41 qm² große Wohnung mit einem 24m² großes Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Sofaecke und Kommode), einer eigene Küche, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und einem sonnigen Balkon. Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert bleiben und du musst nur deine Klamotten und liebsten Sachen mitbringen. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und du darfst natürlich alles nach Lust und Laune verwenden.
Da die Wohnung nach Hinten rausgeht, ist es sehr ruhig und auf dem Balkon hat man fast den ganzen Tag Sonne.
Die Wohnung liegt in Altona-Nord. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Rewe, Budni, Aldi). Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ist es 1 Minute und zur S-Banhn Holstenstraße sind es 6 Minuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man super schnell auf dem Kiez, in der Schanze oder an der Elbe.
Die Wohnung ist vom 21.6.19 bis zum 31.7.19 frei. Es ist aber natürlich auch möglich die Wohnung für einen kürzeren Zeitraum zu mieten. Wenn du schon ein paar Tage früher in die Wohnung einziehen möchtest oder ein paar Tage länger bleiben möchtest, ist das auch möglich. Für den kompletten Zeitraum kostet die Wohnung 820€. Nur für den Juli 620€.

Hey there,
I will rent my apartment from June 21st to July 31st. You'll have a big room (bed, desk, couch and armchairs, wardrobe...), a seperate kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a sunny balcony. The flat will be completely furnished, so you only have to bring your clothes.
It's pretty quiete here because the flat is at the end of a small one-way-street. But it's still in the middle of Altona-Altstadt. You have a lot of different supermarkets nearby and the next busstop is only a 1-minutes walk away. You can walk within 15 minutes to Sternschanze, Altona or St. Pauli.
The price for the whole 6 weeks is 820€. For only July it is 620€. It's also possible if you want to stay for a shorter period of time. Just contact me if you have any questions.
