The apartment is situated in the quiet and idyllic Altona Altstadt, which feels like a small town. The cobblestone neighborhood is basically characterized by playing children and the chirping of birds. The main shopping street Große Bergstraße with Ikea, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Denns, Lidl, Penny, kiosks, bakeries, and restaurants is a 5 minute walk away. The apartment has very good connections with a bus stop, bike station, and car sharing right around the corner (2 minutes). Long-distance trains, bus station, and S-Bahn leave from Hamburg-Altona Train station and can be reached in under 10 minutes. By bike, the neighborhoods of Sternschanze, St.Pauli/Reeperbahn, Ottensen, Eimsbüttel, Elbufer, Elbstrand as well as Wohlers Park can all be reached in under 10 minutes. There are parking options practically everywhere in the neighborhood with a parking permit that can be requested through me.

Die Wohnung liegt in der ruhigen und idyllischen Altona Altstadt, die sich anfühlt wie eine Kleinstadt. Das Pflastersteinviertel ist von spielenden Kindern und Vogelgezwitscher geprägt. Die Haupteinkaufsstraße Große Bergstraße mit Ikea, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Denns, Lidl, Penny, Kioske, Bäckereien und Restaurants ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Anbindung mit Bushaltestelle, Fahrradstation und Carsharing direkt um die Ecke (2 Minuten). Fernzüge, Busbahnhof und S-Bahn vom Bahnhof Altona aus sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Fahrrad sind die Stadtteile Sternschanze, St.Pauli/Reeperbahn, Ottensen, Eimsbüttel, Elbufer, Elbstrand sowie der Wohlers Park in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es gibt Parkmöglichkeiten quasi überall im Viertel mit einem über Mitbewohner beantragbaren Parkausweis.

I am a professional musician and will be on tour a lot during the summer. However, when I am returning home for a few days in a row, it would be nice to find the apartment in a usable configuration upon arrival.
There are many musical instruments in the apartment, and when I am there, music and practice should not be a problem.
Additionally, the instruments should be well taken care of, especially when I am away.
The available instruments include cello, piano, guitars, double/electric/acoustic basses, and more. Everything may be played, and I'll throw in a crash course for free.
This is a sublet, and someone else will move in by September. There is some flexibility in both directions with the dates. It is possible that another person might move into my room by July.
The apartment for rent offers a good opportunity for commuters, interns, or people who want to get to know the city during the summer.
The room for rent is equipped with some office folders and utensils that can be used and rearranged if necessary.
The apartment is cut in a way so that one may meet each other but also withdraw if needed. The occupied rooms do not have common walls so that you can have privacy in the evening. The kitchen offers enough space for cooking and hanging out.

Ich bin Berufsmusiker und werde viel auf Tour sein im Sommer. Wenn ich ein paar Tage am Stück zu Hause bin, wäre es aber schön, wenn die Wohnung bei Ankunft im brauchbaren Zustand ist. In der Wohnung sind viele Musikinstrumente. Wenn ich da bin, sollte man Musik und Üben keine Probleme haben. Zum anderen sollten die Instrumente, gerade in meiner Abwesenheit gut behandelt werden. Vorhandene Instrumente sind Cello, Klavier, Gitarren, Kontra-/E-/Akustikbässe uvm. Darf auch alles gespielt werden. Crashkurs gibt es Gratis dazu.

Es handelt sich um eine Zwischenmiete. Zum September zieht jemand anderes ein. Zeitlichen Spielraum gibt es in beide Richtungen ein wenig. Es kann sein, dass zum Juli noch eine weitere Person in mein Zimmer einzieht.

Die zu vermietende Wohnung bietet eine gute Möglichkeit zB für Berufspendler, Praktikanten oder Leute, die die Stadt über den Sommer kennenlernen möchten, geeignet ist.

Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist mit einigen Büroordnern und Utensilien ausgestattet, die benutzt werden dürfen und bei Bedarf auch anders untergebracht werden können.

Die Wohnung ist so geschnitten, dass man sich begegnen, aber auch gut zurückziehen kann. Die bewohnten Zimmer haben keine gemeinsamen Wände, so dass man am Abend für sich sein kann. Die Küche bietet Platz zum Kochen und Abhängen.
