The room is in a big house on the first floor. It is south facing with three big windows and so it gets a lot of sunlight. It has a new tiled floor of very good quality and comes with a bed and mattress free of cost. There is also a small table and shelf you can have for free if you like as well as another shelf built into the wall. The house is like a community and the people are very friendly .It is a half BIPOC and LGBTQ+ house and is a very safe space. Cooking is often communal and food is often shared but if you prefer to just cook and eat yourself there is no problem. The kitchen is very large and is already well stocked with pots, pans, spices, tea, coffee etc. The living/dining room is also very big and has a great sound system. Aldi and Edeka and other groceries are a five minute walk. So is the Holzenstrasse station. The house faces a church and has a small garden. The nearest bus stop is a two minute walk. The rent includes all utilities (heat, wifi, electricity etc) and is negotiable. There is a bathroom on every floor. Tenant needed urgently.
