Moin ihr Lieben (..see englisch version below)
ich suche für meine wunderschöne WG in Altona/Bahrenfeld eine:n Zwischenmieter:in von November bis März. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und hat alles was man zum Leben braucht (Bett, Schrank, Bettwäsche...). Die Pflanzen kann ich gerne bei Bedarf aus dem Zimmer entfernen.
Die große Wohnküche wird gemeinsam mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Anna genutzt (sie kommt ursprünglich aus Italien - leckeres Essen ist also garantiert ;)). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat eine große Kochinsel.
Die Wohnung ist ein Neubau und wir waren der Erstbezug, es ist also alles noch sehr neu.
Die Kosten betragen 700 Euro pro Monat mit allem inklusive (auch GEZ, Internet und Strom).
Meldet euch gerne mit einer kleinen Beschreibung über euch, ihr könnt die Wohnung gerne on-und offline besichtigen!

i am looking for someone to rent my room in Altona/Bahrenfeld from November until March. The flat and the room are fully furnished, you will find everything that you need for living :) If you want I can remove the plants out of my room (i collected quite a lot :D).
The big living room and kitchen is used together with my lovely flatmate Anna (she is Italian - so awesome dinner nights are guaranteed). The kitchen is also fully equipped.
The flat costs 700 Euro a month including everything - there will be no additional costs.

Ottensen ist nicht weit! Den Altona Volkspark könnt ihr in 5 min zu Fuß erreichen.
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt der Bus Nr. 16, 10 min zu Fuß die SBahn Bahrenfeld und 6 min zu Fuß der Bus Nr 3 / X3.

Ottensen is not far away. The Altona Volkspark is reachable within 5 min by foot.
Directly in front of the house the Bus Nr. 16 is going, 10 min by foot you find the SBahn Bahrenfeld and 6 min by foot the Bus Nr. 3/ X3
Zweck-WGs finden wir nicht so cool, deswegen wäre menschliche connection schon schön und auch wenn man mal was zusammen macht.
Aber natürlich gilt: Alles kann, nichts muss! me-time und Privatsphäre werden hier natürlich auch groß geschrieben :)
