du suchst ein schönes, voll- oder teilmöbliertes Zuhause mitten in Altona im Gerichtsviertel? Du magst Katzen und freust dich, wenn sie dich in einem Zimmer besuchen, ernährst dich möglichst vegetarisch und ziehst ruhiges Wohnen einer Party-WG vor?
Dann könntest du dich in dieser 3-Zimmer-Altbauwohnung wohlfühlen (3. Etage): Auf dich wartet ein 15 qm großes Zimmer, möbliert mit großem Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regalen, Schreibtisch, Stühlen etc. Das Zimmer ist zum grünen Innenhof gelegen (Westseite) und hat schöne Holzdielen und hohe Decken.
Das Zimmer ist ab 1. August, evtl. auch schon ab 17. Juli 2022 frei.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, ein räumlich getrenntes WC, eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine und einen zum Hinterhof gelegenen 10-qm-Balkon. Wir haben nette Nachbarn und du bist in wenigen Minuten am Bahnhof Altona, in der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften und in den Ausgehstraßen Ottensens. Die Elbe ist ebenfalls fußläufig sowie St. Pauli und das Schanzenviertel.
Ein Fahrradhäuschen und Parkplätze sind vor der Tür.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir, Kathrin (55), und zwei verschmusten Katzen teilen. Ich organisiere Messen und lektoriere freiberuflich Zeitschriften. Am Wochenende kommt meist mein Freund aus Kiel, Anfang der Woche bin ich meist ein bis zwei Tage in Kiel. Wir sind offene, hilfsbereite Menschen und immer für ein gemeinsames Essen oder Getränk zu haben. Wir sind tierlieb und im Tierschutz aktiv.

You are looking for a cosy fully or partly furnished room in a beautiful flat in a quiet street of the trendy quarter Altona? You love cats (and are happy when they visit you in your room) and preferably follow a vegetarian lifestyle and prefer a quiet home to partying flatmates? Then don't hesitate to contact me with some information about you. The room is available from 1 August, perhaps even 17 July 2022.
Your 15-square-metres west-facing room looks to the back garden and is furnished with bed, wardrobe, shelves, desk and chairs. The flat is located on the third floor of a turn-of-the-century-building with friendly neighbours and has a big kitchen with dishwasher, W-Lan, bathroom with bath tub and washing machine, separate WC and a 10-square-metre-balcony. We have a nice old wooden floor and high ceilings.
The area ( so-called "Gerichtsviertel") is a quiet living area next to many shops and the tube/railway station Altona and buses. The river Elbe and the lively areas St. Pauli and Schanzenviertel are also nearby (10 minutes ride by bike).
My name is Kathrin, I am 55 years old and I work for a company which organizes fairs and am a freelance editor for magazines.At the weekends my boyfriend often stays in the flat, during the week I stay one or two days with him in his flat in Kiel. Both of us are open-minded, helpful and active in animal welfare.
