Die Wohnung ist nur für den genannen Zeitraum zur Verfügung.
13.02.2024 -20.03.2024 da ich und meine Freundin in Urlaub in Brasilien sind und wir daher jemanden brauchen der für die Zeit die Wohnungskosten tragen kann.
Wichtig ist uns das die Person die hier einzieht ordentlich mit unseren Sachen umgeht und auch unsere Pflazen giesst und ab und ab staubsagt in der zeit.
Musik ist geduldet und die Nachbarn sind auch sehr entspannt.. man sollte aber nicht jeden Tag/Woche ne party machen… bzw sind andere Gäste in der wohnung nur geduldet auf absprache mit uns.. :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Sehr guten Lage in der nähe von der u2 Osterstrasse und auch kieler Strasse wo man schnell ins innere der Stadt kommt.
Ich und meine Freundin leben nur zu zweit hier in der Wohnung . Wir freuen uns wenn wir dich persöhnlich kennen lernen können.
Kaution von 300 euro noch extra :)
